We are a WoW guild based on the Senj'in/Quel'dorei server and feel privileged to have you stop on by to check us out! The more active players with the knowledge and experiance of in-game play, raids and rules while forming friendships (with keeping in mind family obligations) will aid us to achieve our goals and plans for this guild.

• Defiance is primaraly an adult guild and while we do make some exceptions, we are looking for active raid ready players that know the SoO fights and are ready to test our raiding strenghts and weaknesses in order to build the best team and guild on Sen'jin/Quel'dorei. We plan on raiding Tue/Wens/Thurs @7pm CST! WoD data is on the top of our list. We are 14/14 Flex/Norm and are currently working on our Heroic/Mythic raitings. We would love for you to be part of our team if you feel you can bring a possitive and open attitude to our guild.

•  We are a member-oriented PvE guild. Everyone from the newest recruit to the guild leader is willing to assist others within the guild, when possible. The guild has many differant goals so we encourage our members to bring advice to the table and help assist others within the guild. However, do not take advantage of said help, you will be required to do the same as we are able to do for you. Powerlevelers, ninjas and needy looters will NOT BE TOLORATED.

• Our officers are hand picked by the GM personaly. Most have years of playtime, knowledge and personal time in with the GM. Don't be afraid to ask them a question or for help, if needed. Not every policy or decision made by the GM and his Officers of the guild will be popular (heck, you can't please everyone...). Some of the guild decisions are open for debate, while others are solid. If a member has a problem and brings up his/her concerns with one of the officers or GM, we will do our best to address the concerns. Creating a guild is a collaborative effort and our member's input is very important to us. We try to strive to be honest and straighforward with every member of our guild while making any improvments when nessasary along the way.

• We at Defiance strive to be the best, fair guild as we can be. Because of this, members caught breaking blizzard rules (such as cheating, gold buying-selling, dishonest and/or ninja-looting) will not be tolorated. In conjunction to this, officers and members of Defiance will not tolorate any kind of discrimination in-game chat, guild chat or vent! Whether it be racial, religious, homophobic or anything else deemed inapropriate. Joking with a known member is one thing but bullying and/or harrasing is another. Any violations of this policy will be delt swiftly without explination and may result in to direct disiplinary action such as removal and up to being reported and or being banned from the game!

• Our primary goal is for our members to be the best that they can be and have fun doing so! We want our members to stay around for a long time and grow with us as players and as individuals as well! We want to feel like a family weather or not we may or may not all be one in real life. Weather your goal is to Level, PvP, Raid, Quest or just relieve some stress of the day, we support you and will encourage everyone to play at thier own rate/speed/the way they want to. Our current mission is end game data/raiding, but no member will ever be forced to raid or take part in any section of the guild that they do not wish. Application Criteria/Requirements:

* Looking for skilled players who devote time to the guild, understand thier class, and are self aware durring raids. Raid ready a MUST!

* Can have fun/be helpful in all aspects of the game. Have an open mind, and possess a freindly/outgoing personality/demenor.

* We raid Tues/Wed/Thurs @ 7pm CST (Server Time) Plan on 2-3 hr raid span. Raiders should be able to make 80-90% of all raids! We understand that real life issues occure, if you can not make a run, please let the RL know ASAP! After specified consecutive occurances, you will be removed from the raid team.
